• Shipping within the continental United States ONLY.

  • We ship exclusively via United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not ship via Federal Express (FedEx) or another carrier and will not bill to your account.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, hotels, or cruise ships.​

  • We ship "signature required".  Please ensure an adult will be available to sign for the parcel.

  • We ship a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to your event ~ depending on your location.  If you require a rush shipment, please contact our office for a quote for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air charges​.  Payment via guaranteed funds (cashier's check/money order) is required for all Air shipments.  To verify you are authorized to order for the organization/business, a "voided" organization check must accompany payment via guaranteed funds (cashier's check/money order).

  • Upon receipt of your order, we email confirmation with your paid invoice attached.  The invoice will show your "Ship Date".  This date represents the "week of".  For example, if your "Ship Date" is 7/14/2018, your Racing Kit will ship the week of 7/14/2018.  The "Ship Date" is not the exact day your Racing Kit will ship.  

  • When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.  Use this number as reference to track your order at or by calling 1.800.PICKUPS.  

  • Once payment in full is received, all advertising materials (items listed under "Advertising Materials" on the Rental Order Form) will ship/email immediately.
  • When ordering advertising materials (that will require an additional shipment), or additional supplies, please give us a call for additional shipping charges.
  • The $35.75 shipping on the Rental Order Form covers shipping for the Number Narration Kits only.  Due to the extra weight of the Past Performance Kit, please add $5.00 additional. 
  • Return shipping of DVD is at the expense of the organization.  Parcel must be returned via UPS/FedEx and insured for $800.00.  PLEASE DO NOT USE THE POST OFFICE.​
